These terms govern your use of wearpassingtime.com, operated by Passing Time, a DBA of Graidan LLC. This site currently introduces a proposed membership and collects interest; it does not yet sell a membership.

No membership commitment

Joining the Founding List is free and does not obligate you or Passing Time to enter a paid membership. Collection brands, watches, pricing, cadence, availability, benefits, logistics, and launch timing may change while the service is developed.

Future membership terms

Before any paid membership is offered, separate terms will explain billing, renewal and cancellation, watch assignment, shipping, returns, normal wear, loss, damage, coverage, geographic eligibility, and any other material conditions. You will be able to review those terms before paying.

Site content

Passing Time names, artwork, writing, photographs, logos, and other original materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party watch and maker names remain the property of their respective owners. References to makers do not by themselves imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated means to overwhelm or extract data from it.

Disclaimers

The site and its current content are provided for informational and research purposes. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided without warranties, and Passing Time is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this pre-launch site.
