Can I choose the exact watch?
Members will express watch and Hero preferences. Assignments will balance those preferences with collection availability; the final selection model is being tested with the Founding List.
How long will I keep each watch?
We're testing monthly, two-month, and three-month rhythms. Your survey answer directly informs the founding cadence.
What happens if a watch is damaged?
Normal wear and unexpected damage will be handled under a plain-language policy shared before launch. No member will be asked to commit before seeing the coverage, responsibility, and replacement terms.
How will shipping and returns work?
Shipping to you and return shipping are included in membership. Each watch will travel in reusable protective packaging with the materials needed to send it onward.
